What exactly is a credit?
A credit is a prepaid unit of work. You purchase credits in advance and draw them down as projects are completed. There are no subscriptions and no monthly minimums — you use what you need, when you need it.
How long does a project actually take?
Most projects are completed significantly faster than in-house production — often compressing a 12-month project timeline to 8 months. Turnaround depends on project size and complexity. We'll give you a specific timeline estimate before you commit to anything.
What if I don't like the output?
You approve the output before any credits are drawn. We build your firm's template first — based on your past projects and your standards — and show you exactly what the deliverable looks like before we run a single project. If it's not right, we fix it. That's the agreement.
Do I have to sign a contract or subscription?
No. Credits are purchased as needed. There are no subscriptions, no annual commitments, and no contracts. You purchase credits, you use them, you purchase more if you want to. Simple.
What's the minimum to get started?
There's no minimum project size requirement. We work with firms from boutique studios to large practice groups. Start with one project — see how it works — then decide from there.
Who actually does the work?
