What Does Thizo Actually
Do for My Business?
More revenue. Less overhead. A team that goes home on time.
Here's everything you need to make the decision.
If Your Team Has More Time,
What Do You Do With It?
Thizo doesn't replace your team. It gives them back hours they were burning on foundational, formulaic work. Here's what that actually means for your firm.
Take On More Projects
When documentation bottlenecks disappear, your team's capacity expands. Take on the next project before the current one closes. Grow revenue without adding headcount.
Protect Your Margin
Every hour saved on documentation is an hour you're not paying overtime, not losing to scope creep, and not eating into your fee. Gross profit improves before you change a single process.
Compress the Timeline
A 12-month project becomes an 8-month project. That's not a rounding error — that's your team moving to the next project 4 months earlier. On every project.
Keep Your People
Burnout from repetitive documentation work is real. When your team is designing — not drawing walls for the fifth time — they stay. You stop losing junior staff to firms that feel less like a factory.
Mentor, Not Just Manage
When your senior staff aren't stuck in CD production, they're available to teach. Your junior team develops faster. Your firm builds institutional knowledge instead of burning it on repetition.
Actually Have Weekends
Your team doesn't need to work weekends to hit deadlines. Your principals don't need to QC drawing sets at 11pm. This isn't idealism — it's what happens when the documentation is already done.

They Were Skeptical.
Then They Used It.
Real words from real principals, project managers, and architects at firms like yours — collected before we had a marketing team.
Then, instead of populating drawings, we're refining it. We're confirming it. Yeah, I think this is ideal.
— Principal, Architecture FirmIt would get us to produce well-coordinated documents faster. And as a business owner, if I can reduce construction documents from a 10-week schedule to a five-week schedule and still have an amazing set of drawings, I'm looking for the next project.
— Firm OwnerThis is saving us time and we can work alongside that technology to do everything faster and more accurately. I think it's 100% helpful.
— Project ManagerI don't know why but architecture firms are not super profitable. We work day and night. It's a very complex and convoluted industry. With this I parlay that time into making a better client experience.
— PrincipalI find I'm redistributing my time to focus more on the design phases and less on the repetitive pieces which are more or less formulaic. Being able to focus on the details — or the concept — that before we just didn't have time for.
— Senior ArchitectI don't have to work on weekends.
— Thizo UserIt shoots out our whole drawing set and model… it's awesome.
— Project ArchitectEvery firm struggles with time. This could really shake up the industry.
— Studio DirectorWhat Firms Are Saying.
"Our documentation backlog was costing us projects. Thizo cut our CD phase from three weeks to four days. We haven't looked back."
"We used to wait two weeks for a model. Now we have it day one. That changes everything about how we coordinate consultants."
"The detail level matched our standards from the first delivery. Our team spent their time designing, not fixing."
Built for the Full Spectrum of Design.
From K-12 schools to luxury hotels, from medical facilities to data centers — the firms building our world trust Thizo to handle their documentation. The bigger the project, the more we deliver.
- ▶ Every Project Type. Healthcare, education, multifamily, hospitality, retail, office, data centers. If it gets built, we've documented it.
- ▶ Your Standards, Every Time. We don't use a generic template. We learn your firm's past work and apply it to every project we touch.
- ▶ Scales With Your Pipeline. One project or twenty. Your output quality stays consistent because we stay consistent.
You Have Questions.
We've Heard Them All.
The ones firm owners actually ask — before, during, and after their first project with us.
Thizo builds your BIM models and complete drawing sets — from AutoCAD or minimal Revit floor plans to fully coordinated Revit models and CD sets. We do the production work starting at Schematic Design, right after your approved test fit. Your team reviews, refines, approves, and signs. The output is built to your firm's standards, not a generic template.
Full BIM models (Revit) and complete drawing sets — floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, partition plans, dimension plans, detail sheets, schedules, and material estimates. We also provide a project budget calculator and a code compliance pre-review. You receive files your team can open, review, and work within immediately. No conversion, no translation layer.
We work across healthcare, education, student housing, multifamily, hospitality, mixed use, retail, office, and data centers. Tenant improvement, spec suites, law firms, corporate interiors — if it gets built and documented, we've worked on it. We support projects from Revit and AutoCAD 2022 through current versions.
We handle foundational production work — not original design. Thizo does not generate renderings, create original design concepts, adjust your designs for code compliance, coordinate FFE, or work on core & shell projects. Those decisions stay with your licensed team. We do the tedious, formulaic work so your team has the capacity to do the rest well.
Immediately after your approved test fit — the start of Schematic Design. That's when Thizo delivers the most value and the most timeline compression. The earlier you start, the more of the 12-to-8-month shift you capture. We can still add value later in a project, but the biggest ROI comes from starting at the beginning.
Your team reviews and approves the output we deliver, handles client relationships, makes design decisions, and focuses on the high-value work that actually requires a licensed professional. We handle the documentation production. Think of it as moving from populating drawings to refining and confirming them.
No. Thizo handles tedious, formulaic production work so your team can focus on design decisions, client relationships, mentorship, and the creative work they were actually hired for. We're not replacing your architects — we're removing the part of the job that burns them out and drives them out the door. Your team stays. They just stop drowning.
You send us completed past Revit projects. We study your firm's design style, standards, details, and preferences — in 3D and 2D. Our algorithms are customized to reflect your studio before we touch a live project. The output will look like your firm produced it, because effectively, it did. The longer we work together, the more precisely our output matches your expectations.
Getting started is fast. We gather your standards upfront — that's the heaviest lift, and we walk you through it. Most firms are in active production within a week or two. There's no software to install and no training required for your team. The pilot process has three phases: Training, Onboarding, and Active Projects — with monthly QC check-ins (3–6 total) to refine the output for your studio.
Yes. We use US-based servers, end-to-end encryption, and strict role-based access controls that require human approval. All backups are encrypted. Your intellectual property never passes through public AI interfaces and is never used to train shared models. There are two separate data sets: your firm's private encrypted data pool, and a larger anonymized industry data lake. Your proprietary project information stays inside your firm's secure pool.
You do. Full stop. Every deliverable Thizo produces belongs to your firm. Your drawings stay yours. Your standards stay yours. Your work gets done.
Yes. We work regularly on healthcare and education projects and understand the additional compliance requirements those project types carry. Our data security architecture was designed with sensitive project environments in mind. Contact us directly if you have specific compliance questions for your firm or client.
Credits. You purchase a block upfront and credits are deducted per project based on square footage. No subscription. No monthly fee. No surprise invoices.
- Credit tiers: $5,000 / $10,000 / $50,000+
- Single model: <50K sf = $0.25/sf · 50K–100K = $0.22/sf · >100K = $0.20/sf
- 3× deliverable (model + drawings + budget): <50K sf = $0.50/sf · 50K–100K = $0.45/sf · >100K = $0.40/sf
We're intentionally affordable — this is a big change for most firms and we don't want the invoice to be the reason you don't try us.
On a standard 15,000 sf spec suite project, a Thizo user completes the project in 350 hours instead of 400 — saving 50 hours. At typical billing rates, that's more than $9,375 in gross profit recovered on a single project. On a 42,000 sf law firm project, the savings exceed $18,375. Multiply that across your pipeline and the ROI compounds fast.
Firms using Thizo also report: 48% more design volume per person, 16% reduction in rework, and 83% improvement in overall quality control.*
