Pricing for Thizo depends on the projects you need to be modeled and the amount of projects you do. The more projects you run through Thizo, the more value you receive from the software in terms of cost savings, efficiencies, and productivity gains. We charge an annual fee by product, based upon your Annual Project Volume (APV) - the aggregate dollar value of the design work across your projects. In other words, if you design multi-family developments, or retail stores, or hospitals, Thizo will be more valuable for your firm than if you design custom single-family homes.
