Northern Virgina has grown substantially in the last fifteen years. While Government entities expand, defense contractors never go out-of-style, and the private-sector moves closer to those in the federal power-seats, more and more "Tech Suites" and "Spec Suites" are being built. This particular project was an initial (and successful) test-run for a local design firm.
This is a design firm that open calls themselves "dinosaurs". This was the first time they have ever used AI in their workflow. Still, they were pressed to complete full drawings sets in two weeks. One project after the next, back-to-back, as the community grows and spec suites rapidly are initiated.
Thizo's BIM AI streamlined their modeling and drawings. In fact, we condensed their "CD" phase from eight work days to two work days. Saving 75% of their Construction Documentation time, allowed them to have a "final review" on the project; adding two clarifying construction details, and customize Reception Desk.
"Thizo allowed us to not only hit our deadline, but achieve better results in the process." - Gordon Kay, Senior Designer

Lawfirms are prime real estate to flex your design muscles. They tend to have the budget, the want and the need for critically, thoughtfully, designed spaces.
This is a design firm were beleivers in AI. They wanted to test their operational budget. "Can we streamline the details?" Given a high-end client with the budget to match, they wanted to see what ROI they could extract by using Thizo.
Thizo's BIM AI streamlined their modeling and drawings. They were given a complete project "day 1" of Construction Documentation. At first, the design team said "this is trippy". Their newest client's space looked awfuly familiar to their old work. The AutoDesk details were astounding. But they leaned into customizing. After taking a day to redline and refine minute details. They dove into updating furniture, finishes, and equiptment. They they leaned into custom ceilings and signage; going beyond what they had contractually promised. But "delighting" the client before permit and BID.
"I've never seen a project done on-time AND a design team this cheerful." - Steve Woodard, (Third-Party) Project Manager
